Q:Is Shaastram suitable for men and women?
Yes. Shaastram oils are
gender-neutral and work effectively for both men and women. Even kids & elders can use it. We recommend to do a small patch test before using it regularly.
Q:Is it safe for pregnant women?
Our oils are made from natural
ingredients, but we recommend consulting your physician before use if you are
pregnant
USAGE FAQs
Q:How do I use Shaastram Hair Oil?
Apply small amount directly to your scalp and massage gently for 3-4mins. Leave it on for 5 -8 mins minutes. Wash with a mild shampoo or leave it. You can also use it post hair wash as the oil is very lightweight and non sticky.
Q:How often should I use it?
For visible results, use Shaastram hair oil at least 3 times a week.
Q:Is it non-sticky? Can I wear it during the day?
Yes, Shaastram hair oils are non-sticky and lightweight, making them ideal for daytime use as well. Your hair will not feel greasy

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND FAQs
Q:Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We accept returns only if the product is unopened, unused, or damaged in transit. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Proper unboxing video of the product should be recorded and share. Team will investigate the same before making any final decision. Same should be shared on business@shaastram.in
Q: Who pays for the return shipping?
Shaastram will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible cases.
Q: Will I get a refund or replacement?
You can choose between a full refund or a replacement product, depending on the nature of your issue.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments via Razorpay. Paypal for international payments
We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD)

Q:Are the oils tested on animals?
Absolutely not. Shaastram is a cruelty-free brand.
Q: What is the shelf life of the product?
Each bottle has a shelf life of 3 years from the date of manufacture. The oil gets powerful with time with infusion of herbs.
