Refund policy

This Cancellation, Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made by individual consumers ("User", "you", "your") of the ‘Shaastram’ range of products sold by Indishreshtha Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") through the official website www.shaastram.in (“Website”).

NOTE: THIS POLICY IS NOT APPLICABLE TO SUPERSTOCKISTS, DISTRIBUTORS, OR VENDORS OF INDISHRESHTHA PRIVATE LIMITED. THEIR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THEIR RESPECTIVE AGREEMENTS WITH THE COMPANY.

1.    CANCELLATION POLICY

1.1    Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by either:

     i.    Emailing us at support@shaastram.in (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

1.2    Refund for Cancelled Orders

If cancelled before dispatch, refund will be initiated within 72 business hours and will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.

1.3    Use of Discount Vouchers

Any discount coupon or promotional code used shall be deemed consumed upon cancellation and shall not be reissued.

2.    RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS POLICY

2.1    Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 3 (three) days of delivery only in the following circumstances:

     i.    Incorrect product delivered

    ii.    Product damaged, leaking, tampered, or expired on delivery

   iii.    Broken or compromised packaging

   iv.    Missing items from the order

2.2   Replacement First Policy

We follow a strict Replacement First Policy. If your return request meets the eligibility criteria above:

·       A replacement will be arranged, subject to stock availability.

·       Returns are not permitted unless a replacement is not available.

2.3   Request Procedure

To initiate a replacement request, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery via:

You must provide:

·       Order ID;

·       Description of the issue;

·       Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging;

·       Unboxing video (if available).

 

2.4   Conditions for Replacement

Replacement will be processed only if the product is returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging, labels, barcodes, seals, and any free gifts intact.

2.5   Refunds in Case of No Replacement

In case a valid replacement cannot be provided due to unavailability of stock, a full refund will be issued in accordance with Clause 5.

3.    NON-RETURNABLE CONDITIONS

Products will not be accepted for return or replacement if:

     i.    Product is opened, used, unsealed or tampered

    ii.    Return is initiated beyond 3 days from delivery

   iii.    Original packaging or any part thereof (including freebies, certificates, seals, etc.) is missing

   iv.    Product is mishandled, altered, or contaminated post-delivery

 

4.    RETURNS INVOLVING GIFTS OR MULTI-ITEM ORDERS

·       Any free gift included must be returned along with the product.

·       In case of partial returns from multi-item orders, each returned item must be complete with all its original components and accompaniments.

 

5.    REFUND POLICY

5.1    When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are only processed:

·       Upon order cancellation before dispatch; or

·       If a return is approved and replacement stock is unavailable.

 

5.2   Timeline and Method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days from confirmation.


 

6.    CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are advised to:

     i.    Carefully read product descriptions and ingredient lists for allergens;

    ii.    Conduct a patch test before full application;

   iii.    Store products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight

The Company shall not be liable for any allergic reactions, side effects, or consequences arising from misuse, improper storage, or post-opening use of the product.
